Ironworkers/Structural Steel Installers, Buildings - Soft Covered Division


Overview:

Wrapex Industrial Services ltd. is currently seeking full-time Ironworkers / Structural Steel Installers.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the efficient and safe installation of buidlings
• Work as part of a crew to erect, install soft covered buildings
• Install fabric cover and cladded end walls
• Use of power tools and equipment
• Able to carry out work safety procedures
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by General Foreman/Crew Chief

Job Requirements:

• Certification and training with the following is an asset:
          → Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) certificate
          → Fall Protection - OSSA
          → Aerial Lift - OSSA
          → First Aid
          → Valid driver's license with abstract
• Must have own steel toed safety boots
• Must be able and willing to travel for out of town work
• Must be efficient and accurate when working
• Required to work in a fast paced environment
• Able to pass regular drug and alchol testing as may be required by client
• Self motivated and a team player
• Must support a safety-oriented work environment

Candidates will be based out of our Calmar location (currently be working temporarily at Stony Plain).
